Michelle began baking early in childhood and has been dabbling with it ever since! 2018 brought the sale of a successful Norwegian bakery in Seattle, and then she moved to beautiful Skagit Valley. After the onset of the pandemic in 2020 and finding no options for traditional Scandinavian bakery products, she launched an online bakery.

Nutty Norsky Baking Co. stands by their traditional and beautifully crafted products. Stirring childhood memories, focusing on family traditions, and creating new experiences for the palate is what makes our products unique.

All items are free of preservatives and made with quality ingredients which are sourced locally (when available). Our hope is that each customer enjoys our creations as much as we enjoy crafting them.
